IN PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY

The Hamlet of Rednersville is named after the Redner family who settled there in 1798. In its heart is the oldest country store in Ontario, which for more than 180 years was continuously operated by members of the Redner family.

Prince Edward County, or "The County" as it is affectionately known, beckons you to discover its unique character; friendly people and charming scenic landscapes that make this island county so intriguing and magical to all who visit.

Ideally situated between Toronto and Montreal, the County is surrounded by Lake Ontario and the Bay of Quinte. Prince Edward County is known for its white sandy beaches, sunsets and spectacular conservation areas.
